Adrian outlined the procedure and worked closely with us throughout every stage. The staging, photographs and advertising were very professional and presented the house beautifully and sold the property within 4 weeks of listing is testimony to the great work they did. Adrian & his team’s knowledge of the market is outstanding, and I would highly recommend them if you were selling a property.

Trish is absolutely amazing. Was honest from the start and gave the best advice. We interviewed many agents and eventhough Trish and the team were not the cheapest, she is by far the best. My friend was selling with another agent at the same time and even they were blown away by the way the whole team worked to get every cent on auction day. They were spewing they didn't get Trish out especially after they saw her auctioneer skills. We're still pinching ourselves. Thank you so much Trish.
The in information we were given was accurate and honest.
adrian was/is a great guy to deal with, he had all the answers to the questions we had. he told it like it was. was very accomodating to my needs
Business response:
Thank you Daniel it was a pleasure to help!
Trish has great knowledge of the local area, very grateful for everything she did for me through the sale process.
Phong is an exceptional agent. His patience and professionalism is outstanding and he builds a wonderful rapport with his sellers. He was patient and respectful while working with my elderly parents, especially regarding the stress and anxiety around selling their home. He earned their trust through his caring attitude, excellent communication and negotiating skills. I would highly recommend working with Phong. Thank you, Phong.
Business response:
