Phong is very professional, honest and reliable. He made the selling process as easy as possible for us. He kept us informed along the way and was always available to answer any questions we had. We appreciate everything Phong did for us & highly recommend phong as a selling agent.
Business response:
Hi Sam, Jordan & Billie! Thank you for the awesome review! It's been a pleasure to have it sold for you in a timely manner and I'm glad you were happy with the process. I wish you the very best in your transition, cheers!
Clearly, Adrian knows real estate, and he knows the local area very well indeed. According to my experience, he is straightforward and doesn't make false promises. He promises to do the best that he can. He is very friendly, has a good sense of humour. For my house, he was always available, always so conscientious and always responded to my calls or messages. In fact, I couldn't keep up with him! Ray White have been exceptional, and, Adrian, as in the words of Tina Turner, is simply the best!

Hi Mona, Thank you for the great review - grateful for the business again, wish you, Dion and the girls all the very best with your next chapter!
It was a pleasure dealing with Phong during open house inspections and the whole process with purchasing our new home. He was only too happy to arrange private viewings where needed and answer and questions we had. He responds very quickly to correspondence/messages and is very personable. He certainly lives up to the excellent reputation of Barry Plant Real Estate and I would not hesitate to recommend Barry Plant Real Estate or Phong when considering buying or selling real estate
