Very good. Had a good appreciation of buyers sentiments, patters and if they could be swayed or not.
Business response:
Thank you Sumeet it was a pleasure to help!
Nick did a great job with the lead up to the auction. He did the hard yards with prospective purchaser whilst I sat back. He kept me up to date with prospective buyer feedback and on the day of the auction we achieved our target and then some more. Great work!
Nick is the best . He called me everyday more than my girlfriend. He made me feel very comfortable with bidding. In the past I’d missed out on a few homes, and nick gave me the ins and outs on how to bid for a home. He’s a great person
Phong is a great real-estate agent, I requested a lot of changes with the contract and inspections through the buying process and he assisted me with every step of the process. Really happy to have purchased my first property through him.
Business response:

Trish was fantastic to deal with from the first time we met. I felt informed throughout the process and it was by far the easiest purchase i’ve had. Trish is super personable and facilitated a straightforward and no fuss auction. I’ll be back to buy from her again and would recommend to all.
Very polite, great knowledge and very helpful with all queries.
