A few years ago I made a throw away comment that I'd let Rachele sell my house when the time came. I'm glad I did. She did an appraisal for a sale and got her rental team to an appraisal for rental so I had all options on the table. I decided to sell and 3 weeks later an offer was accepted. I'm glad I made that throw away comment, and followed through on it. I found her to be transparent, honest, and always contactable; 3 things you want for any transaction! Would definitely recommend
