I've had mixed experiences with this agency in the past, but Ramona has been a stand out and a real asset to Ray White Sunbury. She is highly professional an thoughtful property manager. Her communication is respectful, clear, empathetic and handles sensitive situations with genuine care and integrity. Its reassuring to deal with someone with the level of authenticity and regard for her tenants and landlords. Highly recommend, particularly if Ramona is your agent.
