Fantastic service, and very experienced. . Came when we needed and very easy to deal with. Will be using again and will recommend to friends.
Ricky came within the time frame he said he would come. After explaining to him the issue, he went up the roof and fixed the problem which caused the leak. There were other issues but unfortunately they were beyond their scope of work. He referred me to someone who he thinks will solve the issues. Very happy with Ricky and ProRec. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

Seb did an amazing job, very happy with my experience.
It was different to get a plumber on a Sunday but Ricky was able to assist. He arrived promptly and also provided helpful advice.
Very efficient! I was in a meeting when they arrived but left the door open and by the time my meeting was finished, they were done. Made sure I knew I could call if I had any problems and invoiced me on the spot. Great service.
