A big Salute to the team at Property Central Penrith purchased property through this agent. Sharon and Paul was very flexible, helpful , effective and informative throughout the process. Sharon was very easy to reach out whenever we needed. Thank you very much for your help through out the process, really appreciated.
Paul had an in depth understanding of the local market, and this was reflected in his attitude towards assisting us to make a sale. He was down-to-earth and showed integrity, he listened to our questions, our fears, and our uncertainties. We felt that he "went in to bat for us" during the negotiating stage, and had the best interest of all parties at heart. He made himself always available, and stayed in contact regularly. Highly recommended.
Sharon was friendly, helpful, and knows her stuff. She made the finicky side of selling a home, much easier. Sharon stayed in touch regularly, and was always available for our questions or concerns. Highly recommended.
Paul is professional, friendly, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Initially Paul walked me through the process, the best sale method and recent sales in my area. This provided me with a great overview of the potential and realistic expectations in terms of sale price. Paul kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to market my property to potential buyers. I got a great price and a job done exceptionally well (again). I highly recommend Paul (and the Property Central Team)
