Wouldn’t deal with them if they were the last agents on earth. Extremely rude! Nothing but money hungry scum.
Agents are extremely rude !! Yell at you over the phone, despite being nothing but respectful back. Also they refuse to give your bond back if you don’t go through their steam cleaning company which charges tripple the standard rate. Do not use this agency!!
When my mailbox clearly says no junk mail, I'd appreciate it if you didn't put your advertising fliers in there.
I sent 4 emails over a week enquiring about an auction and received no reply, so I rang the office on Sunday only to be told that on weekends they had a "skeleton staff" and the woman could not answer my simple question of "Where is the auction on Wednesday?". She said to call back on a weekday! (Why bother having people answer the phones on a weekend at all if they can't answer such a basic question!) Another email later and I finally get a reply of "This property has been sold but give us a call etc etc". But a week later ... read more
