RecommendedFantastic service, I was seen very quickly for repair of my right indicator. Really appreciate the thourogh and helpful explanation of the issue with my very old, but much loved peugeot 307. All fixed for under $200. RecommendedThis shop not only repairs cars but also makes an effort to reuse parts as much as possible without wasting anything that can still be used. Such shops are rare to find. I was very impressed by their thoughtful attitude towards valuing things. I definitely plan to continue coming here in the future.
RecommendedI need to shout this from the rooftop!! After googling "auto electricians" I discovered this tiny little workshop in Prahran. My dad's car and my hubby's car had both been supposedly 'fixed' elsewhere and were constantly playing up. I called and spoke to a gentleman named David who was happy to have a look at both cars to see if he could fix them. RecommendedDavid was an absolute champ! I'd dropped my wedding ring down the side of the seat and couldn't find it. Being quite anxious about it all, David came to rescue and told me to drop by. Took the chair out and found it under the carpet. He didn't even want to charge me, which I couldn't allow. You do not get service like this at all these days. Genuinely nice guy! I took my car to this mechanic for repairs and had a very negative experience. My air-conditioner was working perfectly before I brought the car in — I had never had a single issue with it. As soon as I picked up the vehicle, the air-conditioner had stopped working. I raised this immediately with the mechanic, but he refused to take any responsibility. We alwats strive to help out our customers and if you read the 5 star reviews you can see that we do it pretty well. Even a 5 star chef will cook something that someone does not like so I am not concerned when an ill informed person makes comments and threatens to leave a bad review because something didnt go there way. I am happy that you will not be returning because that will give me more time to look after customers who need help.
