I recently purchased a car through Powell Motor Group and couldn’t fault the service from Steph. Dare I say it, as a female who knows little to nothing about cars, I often worry about feeling overwhelmed or pressured throughout the process but Steph was genuine, honest and truly listened to what I needed. I felt completely at ease and in great hands from start to finish. I absolutely love the new car Steph helped me find and assisted me in purchasing. I couldn’t recommend her/Powell Motor group highly enough.

Fantastic service. Craig was extremely helpful and took us effortlessly through the purchase process and was happy to answer any questions that we had. Other staff members we encountered from business managers to service staff were all happy and friendly. This purchase was so easy and I never once felt pressure to buy.
