Inspection and purchase all fine: efficient service and helpful without being "pushy". However, a refund of deposit took longer than necessary to process, and the transferred registration papers still haven't been received after 10 days.

It was a wonderful experience with the whole process from initial contacting to finalising the purchase. Found all your staff to be very approachable and friendly whilst not being to in your face. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful which resulted in us buying a new car that ended up being a better fit for our needs on this occasion rather than what we started looking at. Timelines were met, the add on's were fitted and a fair deal was done including the trade in price for our existing ute. It was the second time that we have purchased a car from PMG.
