I am a return customer and have been impressed by the excellent service and great deals provided by PMG. Their vehicle servicing department is also competent and do a great job. A recent example was that during a cruise of Northern Oz we had a hand brake problem. Several mechs had a go at fixing it, including a major dealership in Darwin and could not get it right. Back here at PMG, as part of a post trip service, they had it properly fixed with minimal fuss or cost in no time at all.

Craig Bennett initially chose a selection of cars for me to look at . He brought a Mahindra out to my home for me to test drive and then when I mentioned a Yaris cross he immediately found me one to test drive. He was patient waiting for my brother to come and test drive it and was very efficient and accommodating when we sealed the sale. Inspection and purchase all fine: efficient service and helpful without being "pushy". However, a refund of deposit took longer than necessary to process, and the transferred registration papers still haven't been received after 10 days.
