I came in with multiple torn tendons after a climbing incident and was seen by Blake. He was amazing and we set up a plan for a 6 week recovery. The excersises Blake gave me each week were incredibly effective, and after 3 weeks of hard work, my recovery time had halved and I was cleared to climb again! Having all my excersises in the app made it super easy to keep myself on track and stay accountable. Overall a wonderful experience in effectiveness, environment and a feeling of genuine care.
