Blake has been fantastic , he always gives great education on muscles and recovery . His education has given great support to my own understanding of muscle use and injury recovery , which has helped me to maintain a positive outlook towards maintaining exercises. I was recommended Phyxit by a couple of friends of mine and I’m so glad I listened to them! The admin team are super warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. I love having a chat with Mel and the girls whether it be while I’m in the waiting room or booking my next appointment :) Sal is the man!
