I was recommended Phyxit by a couple of friends of mine and I’m so glad I listened to them! The admin team are super warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. I love having a chat with Mel and the girls whether it be while I’m in the waiting room or booking my next appointment :) Sal is the man! Sal was kind and caring and I really felt looked after throughout my whole treatment with a very complex knee injury. From careful guidance on how to use crutches and gain independence from the start, to providing increasing support with exercises detailed on an easy to use app which Sal thoroughly took me through at each stage as the exercises changed and my mobility improved. Sal listened to how I sustained my injury and looked at the CT results of my fractured wrist. He then came up with a detailed plan in how he was going to help me recover. Overall I found him extremely knowledgeable in regards to how best to help me but also within a realistic time frame. He was very professional and put my mind at ease very quickly by reassuring that the injury would get better with time. I had no hesitation in rebooking. Thank you Sal.
