Blake was very knowledgeable. The only thing that irked me was that originally when I rang in was offered a “ new client discount” but when I went to pay another admin lady automatically went to put it through as full price and I had to “ ask again” which was was a bit demeaning. Surely it would have noted on my file. There is no Senior ongoing discount which most health providers offer.

The team fit me in at short notice because I was really in pain. They are all incredibly professional, kind and friendly, from reception to physios. Kathryn is very personable, knowledgeable and teaches while working with you, which I personally find very helpful and interesting. She really knows her stuff. Would 100% recommend! Very happy.
