Blake was very knowledgeable. The only thing that irked me was that originally when I rang in was offered a “ new client discount” but when I went to pay another admin lady automatically went to put it through as full price and I had to “ ask again” which was was a bit demeaning. Surely it would have noted on my file. There is no Senior ongoing discount which most health providers offer.
Mel and James are extremely polite and professional.
The team fit me in at short notice because I was really in pain. They are all incredibly professional, kind and friendly, from reception to physios. Kathryn is very personable, knowledgeable and teaches while working with you, which I personally find very helpful and interesting. She really knows her stuff. Would 100% recommend! Very happy.
Awesome friendly environment, able to have a laugh with staff, felt very relaxed and comfortable in all activities
John was very thorough and helpful in my initial consultation. He gave so much of his time to tend to my injury and made me feel at ease knowing I had a plan for recovery. I look forward to my next appointment with him.
