Ben has helped with improving my plantar/faciitis tendinopathy issue. And later my broken elbow, increasing my functionality and flexibility. He checks x-rays and remembers everything about treatment history. He was encouraging and believed in my functional ability. Bailey did excellent physio on my arm and went beyond working on neck, back and shoulder as they get affected by the injury too. He gave me 2 gym programs and an app to work on my recovery.

My welcome was great and so was my Physiotherapist James. James was great at his job and he gave me good advice on how to take care of my knee. However, I was disappointed with the fee charged. I wish at my welcome and discussions with the Receptionist, she had advised me of charges, so that I was aware of what was expected of me. I’m sorry as a pensioner, I cannot afford the high fee. I am disappointed that I cannot continue with my therapy, as I felt so much better after my first session. Thank you James.
