Referred by GP. Esay to book online. Reception helpful and cheerful. First meeting with Sam who had my referral notes and was prepared. Asked relevant questions and asked for my input on issue. Listened. More good questions, then assessment, treatment, demo of exercises required with clear and supportive explanations on each. This followed up with emailed instructions (with graphics). Crystal clear on my job. I have every confidence in Sam, my session and plan. Will return in 2 weeks and provide feedback.
