Josie made selling our home a breeze, as first time sellers Josie made everything easy for us. She was professional and helpful and going extra miles contacting extended parties to take the stress off our shoulders. If we sell again I would go through Josie no questions asked. She possess expert advice that hits the nail on the head which resulted in the sale of our home after one open house. Josie is a gem of the realestate world.
Brad checked the block and gave us a true valve on what he believed we should aim for, price wise which turned out to be spot on . Thanks Brad

Thanks very much for your review Barb. It is greatly appreciated. We all wish you the very best of luck with your new home 😊
Brad and the team were recommended to us by family due to great service and rapport. We were after a low stress sale of our rental property and could not have been happier. The open communication ensured that we had all details of offers immediately. Our property was under offer within a week at the higher end of the price range. I could not recommend Brad and the team highly enough. If we are to sell in the future it will be through Brad and the team.
