RecommendedWe had Alan come out to help us with possums that had taken up residence in our roof and were partying every night. He was fabulous, he did a thorough inspection and worked out where they were getting in then explained how he would go about getting them out. The service was great and prompt and the possums seemed to have evacuated as we haven’t heard a thing since! Very happy to recommend Pest control Empire and their services.
We had Alan out last week, then again this week to complete the task. We had a Possum and some rodents using our roof as a home. Alan communicated the problem, and the solution in a manner very easy to understand. Thank you Alan. We can now sleep soundly without listening to things scratching and bumping around in our roof.
I had Alan come to my place and helped me with all issues I had possums rats and ants Alan did a lot more then fix my issues On my roof I had crack tiles and Alan informed me of the problem and fixed as many as he could till I could get them fixed
Alan from Pest Control Empire was fantastic. A possum died in our ceiling and was stuck in the light fitting . We didn’t realise until the smell became so strong and actual bodily fluids were leaking through the ceiling. Alan identified what the smell was and then did the truly awful job of cutting the dead possum out of the ceiling and dealing with the carcass and maggots and fluids involved. Pest Control Empire is a family run business which is why I chose them because I knew they would be all about customer service. I was not disappointed. Shane arrived ahead of time, assessed the situation, explained the best option and price. He was very friendly, polite and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough.
