RecommendedAlan gave us prompt and professional service. He came within 24 hours to set up the one way doors at the entrance/exit points. We had two possums living in our roof - a brush tail and a ring tail. Both were gone within 48 hours of the 'doors' being set up. .
Had a problem with a baby possum deciding to take up residence in my roof space. Would not have noticed except he choose to live above our main bedroom and scratched his way to his bed just before sunrise every day. PCE sent Alan to have a look. Alan from Pest Control Empire came to help us with possums in our roof. He explained everything very clearly and was on time, friendly and polite. He social distanced and wore a mask without being asked. He sealed the possums’ entrance into the roof put an ‘exit only’ door in. Alan came back a week later (today) to close up the exit door. I have high hopes for no more possum noises tonight. Thanks Alan!

Tom did a fantastic job! Exactly what we needed to out smart out little mouse friend. I’ve used another company before but I’ll be using pest empire from now on. Making sure there are no little gaps, and looking at every possible entry point- I’m really impressed at how thorough Tom was.
