I had a rare morning for errands before a flight out in the afternoon. I booked for between 10-12pm, staying I had to leave by 12 at the latest to catch a flight. I waited, and waited, and no one turned up. I called at 12, and they asked me to wait another 45 minutes for the repairman to finish his previous job. The receptionist couldn’t explain the delay or why I had received no communication. I took my business elsewhere.
