Persistence In a hot market, houses go like hot cakes and that's what happened twice, unfortunately, 2 offers fell over. Shane showed professionalism and continued undeterred still getting a price that we were happy with just a few weeks after. A house that he had to work hard to sell and thankfully he did (3 times). Highly recommended.

I can’t speak highly enough of Bridget Donnelly. She is an experienced agent with excellent market knowledge. Selling a home can be daunting but she supported us every step of the way. She worked with us to get the property ready for sale and put us in touch with the fabulous Deborah Munson who styled it. She even reached out to the West and they ran a feature on our home. Bridget pursued every potential buyer and presented us with four offers, two over asking. We are on team Bridget.
