Claire sold my home that I had lived in for thirty years. She was very aware of the emotions involved in the process for me and was very considerate of this in every interaction we had. The sale unfortunately hit a snag, when the buyers were let down by the people buying their house and settlement was delayed. Claire took care of all of the logistics of this, leaving me feeling confident in her abilities and reassured knowing that she would sort it out. She did! I would recommend her absolutely!
Andrea's market knowledge and ability to read the current climate was exceptional. She considered an accurate sell price, which was higher than other agents had suggested, but most importantly, was very accurate. She recommended other strategies and means to sell and again, was spot on. Andrea has the contacts, connects, build immediate relationships and deals well with all people and this was evidenced by receiving an offer within the first week.
Andrea was very helpful in the process, helping out with questions I had regarding the purchase and general organisation. Buying my first house in Australia was slightly different from what I was used to but the process was helped along by Andrea. Also I would mention after a drama with a door deciding to open on its own accord, reported by neighbours while I was out, Andrea came down in her own time to make the house safe.
I highly recommend this team to sell property and the real estate side of things very excellent even down to communication via phone calls I definitely will b using this team very professional like one big happy family😁🤗
