Shaun is refreshing in the real estate industry in that he is conservative in his appraisals and doesn't inflate values to secure listings. His experience makes him such an easy person to deal with. He was spot on with his read of the market and was able to advise me of the right time to sell and even managed to get 15K over what I wanted. Would recommend Shaun to anyone.
I had a fantastic experience with my real estate agent Tash. Her expertise guided me seamlessly through the purchase of a property. Not only did she handle the transaction smoothly, but she continued to assist with my inquiries and provide valuable insights into the real estate market. I highly recommend their services for a professional and knowledgeable real estate journey.
Kerry Davey is an excellent agent. She has helped me with both the buying and selling process with advice. Also advice about property management and how to make my property as appealing as it can be. She knows the area really well, communicates really well, and has a lot of integrity. I would strongly recommend her.
Business response:
Thank you Jesse l am only a phone call away if you ever need advice. Kind regards Kerry Davey
So happy with Kristy Polkinghorne's from Peard, she came well prepared with detailed market pricing comparisons and well reasoned advice. Kristy worked hard and was always readily available. Kristy went well and beyond to help me sell my home and got it sold above of what I expected. Kristy always had a smile ready and her kind compassionate nature shone brightly as she understood my sadness of having to sell my home and down sizing after 19 years. I HIGHLY recommend her.
Knowledge of the area was awesome. All recent sales in the area were put together for us so we had a good idea of what to expect.
I have used Pauline several times and so has my ex husband (at least we agree on something lol) Pauline is absolutely fantastic hee service and local knowledge is exceptional. Five stars.

John was amazing to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop at every point of the process. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported as first home buyers - we are so grateful. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
