Pauline did a fabulous job to highlight the best features of my home for potential buyers. Very impressed by the realtime communication tool she used to ensure we were kept up to date on every home open and private inspection. The exceptional service provided by Pauline from the initial consultation to the deal completing is commendable. Her market knowledge, dedication and advice/guidance, with the support from her team were the key in securing an excellent outcome. Very highly recommended.
Trustworthy, professional and completely reliable. This is now the fourth property that Shane has sold for us and on each occasion he has demonstrated complete professionalism, accurate and ethical advice, efficiency and will respond to your questions immediately or with a minimal delay. His ability to sell houses quickly is a well developed skill and he is a professional in that he completes relevant and timely research on house values and the market. I fully endorse and recommend Shane Capelli
Best of the Best We met Shane at a home open and decided then he was the person to sell our home. Top level communication and respect from the start and present from start to end. Shane was approachable, informative and professional, keeping us well informed at every step. Highly recommend Shane. Our sale was quick and relatively hassle free.
Pauline was easy to communicate with and replied promptly to any queries.
Highly recommended We have appointed Shane as our selling agent on several properties over the last 13 years. He has always acted in a professional manner and his market knowledge is second to none. He always provides us with regular updates and is relentless in his quest to get the job done!
Use this Agent! Seriously she is a winner. She hadnt sold in my area and i was nervous when she wanted to start lower than i had in mind. Well it went so well we had the highest sale on record for an unimproved home in our area. Even buyers were impressed with her service - you can keep track online and a local agent called in to ask how she did it! Her recommendations for stagers and photographer are top notch my home never looked so good. If you dont use Pauline - you are missing out.
Business response:
Thankyou so much Linda and Kym , it was a pleasure working with you both and thankyou for taking on board my suggestions.
