Extremely disappointing. It was difficult to contact anyone and messages often not returned. Very stressful. Calculations on Settlement Statement was wrong and had to be corrected 3 times because of overcharges we found on the statement. We trusted this was all resolved. A month later we were contacted to pay more money because for stamp duty as incorrect adjusted purchase price was used and payment was not remitted to OSR on time even though we paid it at settlement a month earlier!

But, herself and the team at Ownit were always there for support and ready with solutions. Their fee's are very affordable and they're great with their quick response time. Highly recommend!

Poor service, would never use this company again not even if it were a free service. We had to follow up everything multiple time. We settled over a month ago on our home and still following up unfinished items.

Terrible service. Was asked for a further $7,000 on settlement day to figure out myself the next day I was overcharged the $7,000. I phoned Simone from owning it homes twice to be told she was on the phone, third time I asked the receptionist to put me through to her Manager in charge, interesting that Simone came to the phone and was available to take my call.
