So rude. No customer service. Never get back to you. Tired to get a display cabinet fixed though them, never rang me back about a quote for a replacement part. I had to keep chasing it up. Gave up in the end. So that's about $500 loss for them. Than I get my kirby served there to get it back with no bag in it. Vacuuming my cafe wondering why dust is going everywhere. Than the staff have the audacity to get angry at me.
