It’ll be no surprise that I was unhappy with my haircut. I want to start by saying I have never been the person to complain about services delivered (literally ever). This time I just felt that i took the time to carefully explain the haircut I wanted I.e., long layers and no face framing layers. A picture for reference was also used. Please do not send me reviews all the time. I am very happy with the hairdresser, otherwise I wouldn’t go there, but I HATE being sent these reviews. It is an invasion of my privacy, and an insult to my intelligence. Why would I go to a hairdresser whose performance was sub-par?
Booked for a certain staff member at 9.00 am. I arrived on time and was taken straight in. Offered a drink and was left for 30 minutes. I did not have the person I requested, I had a junior staff member. It was not her fault. She did her best. I was told that my blow dry would be finished off by the senior, it wasn't. Highly disappointed in the lack of communication .
