Please do not send me reviews all the time. I am very happy with the hairdresser, otherwise I wouldn’t go there, but I HATE being sent these reviews. It is an invasion of my privacy, and an insult to my intelligence. Why would I go to a hairdresser whose performance was sub-par?
Booked for a certain staff member at 9.00 am. I arrived on time and was taken straight in. Offered a drink and was left for 30 minutes. I did not have the person I requested, I had a junior staff member. It was not her fault. She did her best. I was told that my blow dry would be finished off by the senior, it wasn't. Highly disappointed in the lack of communication . I booked for a certain person online and I feel that it should be honoured, or at least explained why she couldn't do the service, as she was clearly at work. ... read more
Didn’t receive what I asked for and returned to the salon 3 times in ONE WEEK! Won’t be returning
I was meant to be blonde which came out pink in patches, which I can understand based on my colour history, but the hairdresser also cut off far more than I asked for or showed in pictures.
