Unbelievable operation, never respond to request even though they say they will. Service level = 1 out of 10.

Sorry you had a bad experience in trying to contact us. I went back to look through our records, there was no voicemail or email from you nor any other indication you contacted us ever. Not sure what we can do about that. Are you confusing us with some other office?
Don’t be mislead by the 14 day trial pass . I was told the trial commenced after your first session. However the passes expired, I was not informed. I then had to go away for work so couldn’t use the pass and was not allowed to get my money back. So just make sure you check to see when your pass expires!
