Causing him to hit his neck on the chair as he fell. That afternoon Pamela squeezed us in and Jason checked to make sure he was ok. Dr Jason's free workshops on stretching, posture and movement were a revelation, and I prided myself on my own knowledge through dance and other activities I have worked on in my life. Thanks Oasis for enabling me to recover my fitness and flexibility.

RecommendedI did a gentle yoga with Angelique last Monday. It was a lovely, soothing gentle class as I’m coming back from injury and a long time away from yoga. The balance of spiritualism and asana was fantastic, with plenty of individualised assistance as required. Would thoroughly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
