Right from very first minute I was made to feel at ease. Then the receptionist was so helpful and filled out my form. Actually sat either me and filled it out. Wonderful. This helped to put me at ease. Then the dentist, pri wad marvellous had me at ease almost straight away as we chatted for awhile . Giving the impression I was not being hurried so she could see the next patient. Whole experience was really relaxing ( and lucky I had no treatment) but I am sure it would have been the same.
