Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent in my opinion. 2 upheld complaints to DMIRS (refusing to refund money and charging for electrical usage when I didn’t live there as well as disagreeing with excessive cleaning charges) and an upheld court case later and I finally got my bond money returned to me after the agreed deductions were made.
