Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent in my opinion. 2 upheld complaints to DMIRS (refusing to refund money and charging for electrical usage when I didn’t live there as well as disagreeing with excessive cleaning charges) and an upheld court case later and I finally got my bond money returned to me after the agreed deductions were made. Judge agreed charges were excessive and unfair. Judge even commented saying “the over was cleaner when he left than how he found it”. Never dealt with a company like... read more
