My husband and I were impressed with everything about the service we received from the time we walk in the door. We have been to other vets in the Bay in the seven years we have lived here. We have just got our new dog and wanted her to be well looked after. We were looked after by Dr Guy and we thought he was fabulous. The surgery was extremely clean also.

My Frenchie had boas surgery and the care given to her by Renee was amazing, I was also put at ease by Renee’s kindness and thorough explanation about the operation, Renee’s assurance after Daisies surgery was comforting and Daisy is doing so well. The receptionist who also has two Frenchies was lovely and as front of house is a great asset to the surgery.
