My Frenchie had boas surgery and the care given to her by Renee was amazing, I was also put at ease by Renee’s kindness and thorough explanation about the operation, Renee’s assurance after Daisies surgery was comforting and Daisy is doing so well. The receptionist who also has two Frenchies was lovely and as front of house is a great asset to the surgery.

Charlotte was in the carpark with another client but came to assist me with Jasper. I’m using a walker following knee surgery and was finding it difficult to lead him. Then when we went into the surgery she was our vet and was very patient and calm with him. He seems to be recovering from his ear infection quite well. Thanks Charlotte.
