Dual gas/electric oven with malfunctioning electrics. An initial visit from Multisparx quickly diagnosed the problem and parts required. A second visit shortly afterwards once parts arrived solved the problem. Prompt, reliable, friendly and efficient. Cost was reasonable and significantly cheaper than replacing the oven.
