good customer service originally but part took far too long to be received/installed

Hi Les, Apoogies for the delay in the parts arriving, unfortunately that side of things are out of our hands. As there is a nation wide staff shortage, we have found parts from our suppliers are taking longer than usual.
Good communication with head office and the electricians arrived on time, worked very efficiently and were extremely helpful.

Electrican arrogant did not even bother to see the problem had he done that he would have elevated a lot of time plus he would have seen the error code L1 and gone to the trouble contacting Daikin Technical Dept address the issue which of course he didn't and when he left his words were I have turned the unit off at the wall and left leaving me up in the air disgraceful

Hi Michael, im not sure where the breakdown in communication has happened, we inspected job as noted below on advise with Daikin. and sent you a quote for further works ? AC not working. - Customer advised and L1 fault was present (electronic error) - Unit not wanting to start plus control is showing no error - Called Daikin as unable to get system to show any codes or have system run in forced operation. - Did diagnosis with Daikin - System will need replacement boards and fan motors.
