My recent Lumbar RACZ involved an overnight stay at Monash House, because following the initial sedated procedure ,further infusions were to be completed. All of the interactions with staff were calm, efficient and friendly, and explanations were readily forthcoming when requested. I felt the environment was strongly dedicated to knowledgeable and rigorous medical standards.

A good service and responsive to requests. However the cost of service was much too expensive for an aged patient.
