Their service was exceptional - they explained everything so clearly and their pricing was great. They put customer service first and their work is outstanding. 23 Oct 2015 I have been getting my car serviced there for years and have always found them to be honest, reliable and best of all, they explain the problem if there was one and being a female, that is important. They are great mechanics and nothing is ever too much trouble. Mark and Peter also have a good sense of humour to add to the business.
22 Oct 2015 Reliable 'old school' auto mechanics... Experienced, competent and honest. The owners are on the tools and will fix the problem... without surprises. They'll tell you 'how-much'.. and 'why'. I've used them for 3 years... on 4 different cars; always satisfied: On-time & on-quote. They're the best I've found on the north-side. See Peter... 16 Oct 2015 Very happy with the service and price. The fact that they have auto electrician, tyres and other services in the one spot is great. The reason for taking my vehicle to MP Auto was due to their community engagement and spirit. 27 Sep 2015 I have used these guys for years, even before there was a P. They are always honest, helpful, and go out of their way to give good value. They will always explain things if you ask and apologise when more work than was expected may be needed.I trust these guys with the safety of my car (and therefore my family), no questions asked. 12 Sep 2015 This is the second time I have taken my car here.First time I had a damaged Headlight socket which had melted and they promptly fixed it at a very reasonable price and without delay.Second time was a couple of days ago when a major Oil leak in the engine of my Subaru was so bad and causing alot of smoke, The guys fitted me into their schedule though they were busy and short staffed.They replaced my Timing Belt, Water Pump, Hydraulic Tensioner, Radiator Hoses, Aircon Belt and required Gaskets along with the requir... read more
