I have known Mark for nearly 9 years i have found Mark always courteous and honest and i also have known Peter Panetta for almost as many years, even when Peter was working for next door to where he is now, and then joining partnership with Mark i find then both honest, courteous, and trustworthy in doing the right thing with our cars, and not Rip- Off- Merchants which there are plenty of them around. I had to drop off the car early in the morning for a regular service (but with some very specific additional tasks and a specific pick up time). Dropping the car off before opening time is not a problem with the 'key drop box'. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the car ready at the agreed pick up time. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost (I was expecting it to be more).
I have been going there for years now and still haven't found better. They put everything in to simple English, prices while not cheapest you can likely get are very reasonable for the excellent quality you get.
I have had several cars over the years and this is the only place I would use, Helpful Friendly and the price is always fair , My sister has her car serviced at MP and said that it is extremely female friendly.
