Cheers to Paul and the legends from MoneyQuest. I hate pretty much everything to do with money - which is probably why I'm just getting my first loan at 40 years old. But Paul explained it all so well, not hard-selling but just explaining what mortgage brokers do, and made it all make sense. There was even a whiteboard that Paul used to make some very easy to understand diagrams (DEMAND the whiteboard!).
