Having someone to guide me through the process was hugely beneficial to a stressed first home buyer. I will say I found the process slow to start, from receiving lists of potential lenders to actually getting a pre-approval through. With that being said, after a property was secured James took excellent care of me, and got everything completed very timely. He took my surprise 28 day settlement in stride and got everything tided up and ready to go in mere days. Which significantly eased (some of) my worries.

wow wow wow !! After having issues with other banks regarding our home loan, we reached out to Dino at Money Quest who put us in contact with Lina. Within the week Lina was able to get us full approval for our home loan!! I could not recommend anyone more, she responded to all queries in a timely manner and explained things easy for us to understand. Stuff the big banks, Money Quest are your people!!
