Sophie is one incredible human. Very passionate about her job, lady with good ethics, patience and respect to all. I just bought an appartment through Sophie. She went out of her way to make the stressful buying experience as pleasant as she can. She provided me with quick response to all my questions. I did have some buyers remorse but she was so calm and helped me through it, made me understand why I liked the property so much. She was just amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase. :)
Sophia had sound market knowledge and guided me through the selling process. She was communicative following the open-home inspections and was upfront about her strategy. She leveraged her market expertise to ensure that my home was sold at fair market value. And following the sale, she continued to diligently follow-up on outstanding items until the date of settlement. I had a very positive experience and was very glad that she reached out when she did!
Sophia was very polite, professional and easy to reach. I am a first time buyer and she helped guide me through to process as much as she could
Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and really helped out with purchasing a M City Apartment!
Absolute star…Jarryd was attentive with every aspect of selling the property, he is very easy to deal with and would highly recommend him as a realtor. No nonsense, friendly, and very professional, he put me at ease with every stage.
Sophia is very passionate about her work. She is prompt in her response and gave us good advice starting from when we contacted her till the process was completed. She listens to what your goal is and works with you to achieve it. Her knowledge of the market is accurate. Overall we are very pleased with her service.
Jimmy was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He helped me organise renovations for the home to prepare for sale as I’m based interstate, his help being deeply appreciated. We sold the property within a few weeks as it was becoming urgent for me to sell, Jimmy keeping me informed through the process and responding even late night/weekend to my messages. I’m very happy to have chosen Jimmy as my agent.
Sophia was very helpful and accommodating and always responded swiftly. Very easy to work with.
Sophia had a total understanding of want we wanted to achieve and buy at the best possible price in the shortest possible time and with minimum stress. As an agent, Sophia had the specialized skills to do the job and get it done and was our best ally in the buying process, and her honest communication was the best vehicle to get a great outcome. When you have the right agent like Sophia, you will have more than enough information and a professional on your side and she is highly recommend 👏😊
