Mattia was always very accommodating with our endless questions and requests, thank you for helping our family buy our dream home!
Give realistic market price and worked very hard in open inspections to get potential purchaser and negotiating good price and terms of contract. Reliable and responsible and quick to addressing my concerns. Easily contactable. Pleasant and friendly. Property was sold with a good price.
It’s a very pleasant purchasing experience with Sophia. She is responsible, efficient and reliable person that helps me to find my first home which I am very happy with.
Excellent support during the process
I have bought and sold many properties during my time and I seriously wish I had Jimmy as my agent long ago. A can do person who knows no time clock often responding well after hours without any fuss and was a delight to deal with. A deal maker for both buyer and seller who aims to get the deal done! I’d recommend Jimmy Zhou in a heartbeat. Ethical, honourable with clear communication and gives you realistic expectations. Jimmy did not disappoint in any area.
She made the sale of my property so easy. Tireless, and communicative, I trusted her advice and she got me an unexpected outcome. Thank you Sophia!
