We loved the McKenna Terraces nice location close to shops and very cosy definitely will be back Only the stairs but that is only because my mother is visually impaired but we managed just fine. My mother even loved the place. Everything was perfect couldn’t not fault anything.
Good position and comfortable room Not cleaned every day after being told it would be done , milk was never replaced as one little carton was not going to last with two people using it , was told that by staying for three days a bottle of wine would be placed in our room and that did not happen , breakfast tray was never replenished and teas and coffee not replaced Breakfast good but not replaced ,position good and plenty of space
Comfortable and well presented townhouse in close proximity to town centre Only one toilet upstairs Traffic noise was more than I expected You had to get out of bed to turn off the lights if you wanted to read in bed. A reading lamp would have been nice. The townhouse was very well presented. The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

A most comfortable stay at McKenna Terraces. Very clean and all facilities you could ask for. We wer Location, cleanliness, comfotable.
Really enjoyed the new facilities and spacious rooms. I think having a toilet down stairs as well as up stairs would be more convenient. I also had problems with getting the key code to work on the back door. Front door was fine so there may be a problem with the device. We were in unit 5 Location new facilities and small garden also near the Paragon hotel but quiet was very convenient for a dinner option
