We really enjoyed our stay in this very pleasant accommodation. The stairs! Two oldish ladies…up and down the stairs, with and without bags, was hard work. However we managed. The tv instructions were way beyond our understanding! Something simple with local channels would have been ideal…ABC, SBS, local ….the rest unnecessary. A downstairs toilet would have been very handy. The expensive plants needed water regularly; we did our best; would the next guests continue their maintenance? Unfortunately we only had one night to enjoy the property and all Mudgee has to offer A deeper clean wouldn’t hurt Fabulous position, tidy and well appointed

Wonderful I like everything about the place. Good value and location The location is great, close to a few Hotels, a short walk to the middle of town. Air conditioning was excellent. Facilities were all excellent
