Matt went above and beyond to achieve our goals when selling the house. He took the time to explain things in detail, worked hard to get an exceptional result, and had great empathy in what was quite an emotional sale on our end - which is really appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and the team for any future sales.
This was our first time selling and we were genuinely surprised by how easy the whole process was made by Steve and his team. Nothing was ever a hassle, we were provided with regular updates and they were all so friendly!
Very pleasant, professional and courteous. One of the few handful of agents who understand they not only have an obligation to the vendor, but also a duty of care to the buyers. No games played, straight answers and very quick with response to questions. Thank you Steve!
Very professional and honest, extremely genuine and helped us the whole way
Highly recommend Darrin from community first real estate. He is very professional and always willing to go out of his way to facilitate and help. Thank you for making our puchase possible.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind review of the service you received. Buying is stressful & I always do my best to make it as easy as possible. I wish Mostafa, yourself & the kids all the best in your new home.
100% customer satisfaction. Adam worked tirelessly and had been in our journey from the very beginning. He developed a close relationship with us and looked after our interest. I cannot recommend Adam more for his dedication and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home.
Business response:
Thanks for the amazing review Elma & Enrico :)
Aiden & Steve made the whole process seamless, very easy to work with and kept us up to date with everything and knew the market well.
Aiden was great and easy to work with. He was quick to respond to our enquiries and equally quick to help organise an inspection. He was always in communication with us and kept us in the loop but would also check up on us, even if there wasnt amything that needed attention. Very good vibes!
Adam was great with the assistance of purchasing my home in The Oaks. I was really impressed by the energy and tenacity mixed with the quick and honest replies throughout the sale. I would recommend Adam to anyone thinking of listing their property or even purchasing a property.
