A young, energetic and professional that makes things happen for you! He promised he wouldn’t let us down and he came up with the goods in record time and to our expectations without fail. He took our “old folk cynicism” in his stride and nothing was too much trouble for him, always on call regardless. His approach was unique and challenging to us as mature people eager to downsize but he talked us through the haze of social media, “off market selling” and managed the process perfectly.
