Pleasant, courteous and happy to answer questions
Technician arrived ahead of scheduled time. Undertook comprehensive testing and examination for termite activity - in house, under house, in roof and in garden. Left with some recommendations for termite resistance under house.
There was a bit of a mixup to start with but everything was done well and I am satisfied with the work carried out by Shaun.
